- HW phones updated to Harmony OS are not detected by Device Manager as “HW USB COM 1.0 serial port” after test pointing.
- In such cases, Harmony TP cable can help you. If you connect the phone to the PC using this cable, it will be detected as “HW USB COM 1.0 serial port”.
